Christine has worked in the property management industry for more than 30 years. During this time, she has gained extensive experience working with a range of property management companies, building valuable industry knowledge and practical expertise.
As a Masterton local, Christine understands the Wairarapa rental market and enjoys helping tenants find suitable homes while supporting landlords to make the most of their property investments. Christine is committed to providing practical advice, clear communication, and a professional service for every client.
Baylee Adele
Baylee brings an extensive background in administration and client care to Masterton Property Management Ltd, along with a genuine passion for the property management industry.
As our Office Administrator, Baylee plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. She provides friendly and efficient support to landlords, tenants, and the team, helping to ensure every client receives a positive and professional experience.
Alana Mariu
Alana is our Property Inspector and is responsible for helping ensure the properties we manage are well maintained and cared for.
She carries out property inspections, records property condition, and assists with identifying maintenance requirements so that any issues can be addressed promptly.
